Bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

In exceptional circumstances, Morrison Court reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at its discretion.

This policy applies to bookings made directly through the Morrison Court website.
